Whenever my friend needs to chat, I always propose a chocolate and green tea sesh 🙂
I recently started liking tea and after hearing that green tea speeds up your metabolism, I try to drink green tea whenever I binge on chocolate.
Here are some teas and there benefits:
- Green: antioxidants, speeding metabolism, and helps prevent cardiovascular dieases
- White: a multitasker and helps prevent cardiovascular diseases and some say, even helps fight cancer
- Chamomile: many health benefits, prevents diabetes side effects, and made from chamomile plants
- Oolong: helps burn fat, detoxifies the body,
- Black: highly caffeinated, lower cholesterol levels
